![]() It's less compact but you have easy access to wherever you need with the launch skill. Mistlock's main advantages are, of course, the Fractal entrance and vendors, and the ability to waypoint out to wherever you want. It also, for the moment, has the only easy access to a Jade Bot workbench if you aren't part of a guild that has one in their hall. It can also take you to Cantha and Elona locations, and even LS maps, that you can't easily access from other teleporters, so it can functionally replace a lot of other teleport scrolls in your inventory if you don't mind an extra loading screen. ![]() It's also great if you're an altoholic and want an easy way to unlock more of the map without traveling across the whole thing. The fishing portal is great if you're cheap or lazy and want to get characters to fishing spots fast. TSP is extremely compact and easy to navigate. If they do add it, the equation might shift in favor of it a bit. Keep in mind that Anet could add world map waypoint access to TSP: not having it might have been an oversight, or it could be a deliberate decision to have the extra teleports from the fishing portal instead. Mistlock's jumping is more fun, armstice's one is faster and more practical. Armstice gives you a teleport key to directly teleport to each station. Mistlock gives a special action key that lets you jump around the place to get to specific stations quickly. Not being able to access waypoints is a major downside.Īlso, forgot about this. Thought this would help push me along, which it kinda did a little bit, now I just need to git gud.Īnyway, just because of how amazing Thousand Seas Pavillion looks I'd go for that, but only if they allow access to the rest of the world map. (There's also a jumping puzzle in it.) If you do a lot of WvW its perfect for you.which I don't do, but I still got Armstice because I wanna start getting into WvW more. It looks fucking amazing, both thousand seas and armstice look way better than mistlock. There are golems here to test out builds, which is REALLY nice because WvW has different balancing from PvE or sPvP so this is kinda like the only place you can test out WvW builds. The good thing about Armstice though is that its connected to the WvW maps so you can always see and use team chat, your world's area control, and you get access to WvW vendors aswell. And the other good thing is access to the world map. Two things that make mistlock better are the fractal vendors, I hate going into the fractal lobby to use those vendors. I have tried Mistlock and Armstice and both are really good. Latest patch Dev tracker Official sub Discord Optional description Nightmode Lights on Content Filters
